I recently had my furnace and air conditioning replaced by city energy in Richmond Hill, and I couldn’t be happier. The technicians were professional, explained everything clearly, and did a clean installation. My new HVAC system works perfectly, and I’ve already noticed the difference in comfort and energy efficiency. Highly recommend their heating and cooling services for anyone in North York, Markham, or Thornhill!
Enbridge discovered two gas leaks in my new home. City Energy attended within 40 mins of me calling, and had the issues fixed promptly and professionally. I was really impressed, and also very reassured.
This is my second Google review, this one for August 2025. City Energy is my #1 go to for everything hvac. Recently due to timing, when my AC broke in the heat wave I made the mistake of having another company come in. They told me my motor died, they couldn't get ahold of the supplier, and I needed to buy a $10,000 furnace. Had a great experience with the City Energy team that hooked up my natural gas BBQ. Bob and Sam were incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process. They connected the BBQ quickly and efficiently, and took the time to walk me through some helpful beginner tips and tricks. They were also careful to keep everything clean and tidy in my home. Really appreciated their attention to detail and expertise — highly recommend.
