Fair prices & great customer service. Have had one claim in the past handled professionally and timely. Renewal notices come with a hand-written note of what's new and what to pay attention to in terms of policy changes. No one takes the time to do things like that anymore. Highly recommend.
We had an ice storm where a branch went through my windshield. I called and left a message before they were open, and within 5 minutes of their opening, we had a call back. 5 minutes later, they had a rental car ready.
