I called DrainTech Plumbing in a total panic—my bathroom was flooded and water was leaking from the ceiling. From the very first phone call, they were calm, professional, and incredibly responsive. A technician was at my home quickly, and they immediately took control of the situation.
Not only did they fix the problem efficiently, but they also explained everything clearly and kept me calm throughout the entire process. I actually walked away feeling more educated about my home thanks to how knowledgeable and transparent they were. On top of all that, their pricing was very reasonable.

We called DrainTech Plumbing due to a backup of the main sewer line. They responded quickly with a date to come have a look at the problem.When the Technician came, he scoped the area in question and identified the problem right away. He explained what was happening and showed me the video so I could see the problem firsthand.DrainTech provided us with a very reasonable quote and completed the repairs very quickly.We will definitely use their services in the future if required. 5 star service.
Very happy with the services we received from Drain Tech. We were having issues with our drains clogging & they were quick to respond with a quote & had an appointment available for us the next morning. Mark was our technician and was very friendly & communicated everything with us in a way we could understand. He quickly diagnosed our issue & was able to help resolve our problem.
