We called Loach's, because one of our trucks had a major rad leak, When Colin was told the driver couldn't limp the truck to his facility, he grabbed some water and drove the 5 Km to diagnose it in the truck stop parking lot. He was able to fix it right there, and saved us a tow bill, and a service failure for our customer. A big thankyou to a good business!!
