I've been seeing Carol for many months now for laser hair removal, and it has been nothing but excellent. She is so knowledgeable, professional, but perhaps most importantly, friendly and kind. I was very nervous going initially, but her demeanor and attentiveness quickly dissolved any apprehensions I may have had. These treatments are something of a sensitive matter for me, and likewise very important, so I'm very glad I found and chose Carol. I wouldn't want to have went anywhere else.
From my very first appointment, Carol has been genuinely kind, caring, and professional. What I appreciate most is that she truly listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain treatment options without ever making me feel pressured to purchase additional services or products.
