I just wanted to give a big thanks to the ladies at Grooming by the lake. Our dog Ellie got sprayed by a skunk and they fit her in the very next morning to help us rid her of the smell. They offered no guarantees as I had "bathed her" multiple times which can lock in the smell. I got a call a couple hours later and they had her odor free and looking good! They even gave/lent me a new collar as they said ours was smelling. All this for someone who had never been a customer. Excellent customer service and Ellie will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the awesome service.
Really love the care, attention and customer service of the staff here. D really accommodated my elder pup Pepper. Booked in some extra time to give him breaks, and even dental care. Very loving. And he's so cute with his groom. Thank you for caring and doing a really great job. :)
In 2019 we rescued a 10 yo Pom who is difficult to groom, more so the older he gets. Brandy was great and had a gift in handling him. Sadly we’ve moved and I have tried a 3 groomers who gave up.
