No news is good news?! This is 2026, I shouldn't have to call around town open up 2 accounts to see my results and then find out that they are unavailable online. I have to drive back to Sudbury to find out if they have resaults and what they are. Absolute flawed outdated system needs to be changed.
The receptionist was very nice but once I saw the doctor I felt very rushed, he wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence and say my medical concerns before immediately suggesting the ER
Northwood Walk-In Clinic has been a good experience for me. As expected in Canada, there can sometimes be a bit of a wait, but in my experience it is usually no more than 1 to 2 hours at most, depending on the day and time. I found that going early in the morning right when they open was the fastest, with a wait of around 30 to 45 minutes.
Overall, the staff are kind and polite, the clinic is clean, and the doctors are very good. They actually listen and take the time to understand the issue instead of making you feel rushed, which is something I have noticed at some other walk-in clinics.
