It's impossible to get in touch! I had a good experience during the first consultation when they contacted me, but as a patient it's impossible to speak with them; they don't answer, they didn't leave an email address for contact, and the platform only allows contact when they unlock the chat.

Very bad experience they don't care about your money and time. always give appointment and cancel afterward never try to know the patient still interested to get treatment or not. worst behavior of staff as well as doctors.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this fertility centre. Over the course of about three months, I felt like nothing was moving forward. It was almost impossible to get someone on the phone, and none of my voice messages were ever returned. For something as time-sensitive and emotional as fertility treatment, that lack of communication was incredibly frustrating.
To make things worse, when my husband went in personally to try to book an appointment, the staff didn’t seem willing to listen or understand the situation. He felt they spoke to him in a very rude and dismissive way, which only added to our stress. Instead of feeling supported, we ended up feeling humiliated and ignored.
I am giving them no marks, they even aren't deserve a ZERO as well.

Dr Jocko and Dr Splinter are wonderful ladies, and my fiancé and I couldn’t be more grateful to them for the treatment and care we received while pregnant with our first. Dr Splinter delivered him and it was such a great experience, kudos to them and their team! ❤️🙌

Sadly, I had to put a 1 star cause if I had the choice I'd put none. Dealt with this place for 3 years with my partner. Constant bleeding and calling for guidance and they tell us to go to a hospital if were worried. We lose the 1st baby at 10 weeks, tried again and had an ultrasound and he told us to see our obgyn (Splinter) to get a stitch, she refused and compared my partner at 15 weeks at the time with a pregnant women at 22 weeks.. the next day my partner had a misscariage and never heard any condolences or results from her swab.. Just call to try again. Went there recently to try again because we had 1 vial left, the nurse couldn't insert the new type of syringe properly and watching my partner in pain. The other nurse suggested to use the other syringe and it worked.. Positive test 2 weeks later and had another misscarriage at 6 weeks. Called during the weekend left a voicemail to let them know, do u think they would call to say their condolences? Nope! Do you think they would call to do test on why she continues to misscarry? No! It's a money grabber of a place, I dont suggest this place to anyone. Everything is in the open, always someone crying in lobby, they tell the patients what the results are in front of everyone, there's no privacy unless your in a room getting an ultrasound or getting insaminated. This place is heartless.. I have nothing positive to say about the staff except for Brittany. Thank you for being the only one who worked there that acctually cared and felt for us. (You deserved the star on this review) Anyways, switched OBGYN as soon as we found out we were pregnant (while it lasted) cause no way we were going threw their obgyns again. This obgyn we chose is acctually gonna do tests on her to why she cant hold a pregnancy. It's more then neo ever did for us, and its a fertility clinic. All neo did for us was showing us their cold hearts and lack of support and their ignorant receptionist.

The receptionist or whoever books the appointments is extremely rude. Told us all testing needs to be done in same month (the doctor said during our consult that it didn't have to be as work schedules make that impossible but even if we dis misunderstand that part there is zero reason to be that rude) and she kept interrupting me while trying to speak then she had the great idea to hang up the phone. Not like I might of had more questions or anything. Will NOT be dealing with this clinic moving forward. Note to whoever owns this clinic. This isn't the first review that mentions your staff is very rude. You need to find better staff whoactually have people skills. That isn't acceptable to have when dealing with clients especially with sensitive subjects like infertility and them being already stressed out.

I've been a patient at Neo off and on for 6 years now, I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr Jacko and Dr Splinter and thier team. Fertility treatment is HARD but they've always been kind compassionate and responsive. ❤️❤️❤️

I see a lot of negative reviews and I wanted to leave a review of my experience.
Since booking and doing my consultation and tests the staff have been amazing for myself my husband. We travelled from SRF and were late a bit and they still took my husband in overdue their own hours as staff were waiting to go home.
Second they are a very busy clinic as they serve the north and Sudbury area as well. Generally when I have left a message on their phone I have received a phone call back that day or the next.
I will say the tests they first send you are very confusing but you can call in and they will answer those questions you have.
Staff have been great for us and nothing negative to put about our experience with Neo fertility.
Hopefully this has helped some people wanting to go to Neo.

I am giving-10 marks to this clinic. I applied for treatment in 2022 they took me for treatment mean while I was started developing other symptoms & they said come back after you are all good instead of treating me first for that. Then they randomly act many times as they are super busy and can not take me for this month!!! I have been asked to call in next month almost 10 times. So here I am in 2025 still in the same situation. They took my 4 months just to do some tests & still my condition is unexplained. This government funded clinic is not solving problems just making people fool by saying call me in your next cycle.

This is the worst clinic I have ever attended. The staff were incredibly rude from the second we walked in. They didn't even greet my wife, and they were cold and harsh when I asked to be with her.
We are two women having our 3rd child, and I have never been treated like this before. They ferreted my partner away before I even got out of the car, despite her asking them to wait for me. They refused to let me come with her, even though she is terrified of internal imaging and had a bad experience with rough doctors before. It is very painful for her. I promised her while she was crying that I would be there for her. They took that agency from us. This is the first time I've ever experienced this request being denied, across 3 pregnancies, 1 miscarriage, and now planning this one. Horrible bedside manner. We were feeling positive as the doctors were excellent, but now we're about ready to quit if this is the clinic we have to drive 5 hours to get to with zero other options. I would give it no stars if I could. A disgusting way to treat already vulnerable people that have no other choice.
