Had a clogged kitchen sink, called Nauss. The plumber tried to convince me that all the pipes in the basement needed to be replaced. This was unaffordable. As a quick fix he used a plunger which worked a little. He was to speak with his employer then call me back. He never did. That evening while washing dishes there was a gurgling sound and the sink unclogged. I think that Nauss was trying to take advantage. I’m a single mother on welfare taking care of her 82 year old mother. Shame on Nauss.
BRIAN arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He was efficient, friendly, courteous and knew what he was doing. He solved our problem quickly and we would highly recommend Nauss Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
The plumber came in, looked at the work and said he couldnt do it and wouldnt go in the crawl space. Said the company would send someone else. After two follow up calls, with no reply, i gave up and called another company.
