I had my sewage problem cleared today. It was really a rollercoaster days I had in the new house, which is 100 years old. I had a plumber's visit on my 2nd day, he spotted the sewage is blocked which led water buildup. He helped to broke it through, he said it was a temporary fix. What I did not expect was that it came back in 2 days. I did not know what to do for a couple of days after listening to everyone talking about insurance, city, bills...expected the job could cost more than a couple of thousands dollars. I banned the use of shower, dishes, and big job in washroom.3 days later, I was referred Mr.Rooter. I called in the morning, and on the same day afternoon, Mathieu came, took care of the problem with very clear explanation and fixed price before the job started. To get explained well is great, and to have the problem sorted is incredible. I hope I do not need to ask him again, but I know who to call when the same thing happens next time.
