Mobile Phone Repair near Sudbury

“Battery replacement for iPhone 15 Pro Max was done, but they wrote my iPhone passcode on the invoice. That’s extremely sensitive information and shouldn’t be stored or emailed by any repair shop. I’ve had the same passcode for 20 years and now I need to change it because of this. They really need better privacy practices.

They were more expensive than Jump+ but the turnaround time was much better. They also cleaned the speakers and cameras at no extra charge which was appreciated. They could have done the charging port but to be fair I did not ask for that.

edit: it’s been a month, i expected a response to this security breach. what is their explanation for this? they respond to other reviews!“
