Came in on the spot, and said they had no space for new customers but saw my issue on my Mazda 3 Put the mechanics took me in anyways, After hearing my issue and signed me up. Fixed my car fast, was A very reasonable price, and great service only took around an hour and a half. I walked in around 4 PM. Altered my price three times to fit what my actual repair was. Absolute Legends that work there would highly recommend

I have had 2 very positive experiences so far. One was for my AC they repaired after rodents chewed through the wires. The second was for a rear brake pad replacement/oil change service. Subaru advise me in the spring of 2025 that the rear pads were down to 3mm and should be replaced. Subaru quoted $750 plus tax. Jim's offered me a quote at a much more reasonable rate, but advised that 3mm still has plenty of life, especially with my low mileage. So I called them back at the end of this summer to schedule an oil change and have the brakes done, thinking that by the end of summer, they would need to be replaced.
