Great service, on car and customer service both. They truly go above and beyond. They are honest and will tell you the reasons you’re there for without throwing 10 additional wrong things in the car. Very transparent, honest and reliable!
I have had 2 very positive experiences so far. One was for my AC they repaired after rodents chewed through the wires. The second was for a rear brake pad replacement/oil change service. Subaru advise me in the spring of 2025 that the rear pads were down to 3mm and should be replaced. Subaru quoted $750 plus tax. Jim's offered me a quote at a much more reasonable rate, but advised that 3mm still has plenty of life, especially with my low mileage. So I called them back at the end of this summer to schedule an oil change and have the brakes done, thinking that by the end of summer, they would need to be replaced. Thanks to Rod Wendler for his kindness and honesty, He treated me fairly by explaining the limitations of repairing my '95 Chev truck. I went away content that the old truck was not going to operate like a new truck. Charged me a small cost for this advice,
