Today I went to fix my frame with them. They were very polite, friendly and they fixed it for free. Thank you again. I noticed very nice frames in store with reasonable prices. Highly recommended this store.

The service I received when my frames broke was exceptional as usual. Ram and Christie always go above and beyond. Ram didn’t have the frames in stock so he searched for them until he found them so I didn’t have to get new lenses. Awesome customer care.

I had such a wonderful experience getting my glasses here! The staff are very friendly and provide excellent costumer service. They had a buy one get one free deal when I went and also have a huge variety of beautiful frames in all shape, sizes and colours!
I also want to give a special thank you to Teagan who helped me when I broke my glasses by sitting on them earlier this week. She was kind, understanding and went out of her way to fix them for me free of charge! It really made my day - Thank you for the amazing service and being so helpful:)
