They definitely don't have the best people at the front desk. I'm happy with my doctor and nurse (that's the only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1) but the people on the phone and front desks have been very rude a few times already, and definitely not willing to help or even listen.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crawford for a couple of years now. Dr. Crawford herself is easy to talk to and has been very understanding and helpful on a number of occasions.However, she often isn't in office and the majority of the other staff members seem to be either useless or are a nightmare to deal with. There are a few good ones, but managing to get them on the phone is next to impossible and they often cant do much to help except listen and take notes to pass on. As a matter of fact, getting anyone on the phone is next to impossible. Writing this review as I have been with Dr. Sherman for 3 years now and my wife with Dr. Crawford for several. I'm seeing a lot of poor reviews here and I definitely haven't had that experience. I know our health care system isn't the best but I also understand that it's good as a whole.I haven't had to go in person but virtually everything has been good. The communication was solid, Dr. Sherman seems professional in my opinion.My wife has been going in person for many appointments and has never had an issue.
