I had to get a tow due to having my SUV stolen so I was having a bad day. I went there to look through to see what was missing and check damages. They were more helpful answering my questions then anyone had been so far. I said well my daughter was very concerned about her toonie she forgot in the car and they took it. One of the men said let me go get her a toonie so she can have one. I didn’t take the toonie, but honestly that kind gesture just made my day a little brighter and restored a little faith in humanity.
ONE MINUTE after contacting GM roadside assistance, Neumeister Motors showed up to take my truck to the dealer. The young gentleman was very nice and professional. I'm 110% satisfied with their service and highly recommend them if you need a tow!!
