The office staff were fantastic to work with—flexible when we needed to pause support during a hospital stay and ready with care as soon as my mom returned home. Communication was excellent; we always knew who was coming and when, and any schedule changes were shared promptly.
The consistency of caregivers allowed my mom to become comfortable and familiar with the people supporting her. When our needs at home changed drastically in a short period of time, the Home Instead team adapted quickly and continued to provide compassionate, reliable care. We had a very good experience with all of the staff provided. They were all welcome in our home. Everyone pitched in and helped with what ever needed to be done. It was a relief to know that responsible caregivers were watching over us and taking care of our needs.
