We had a wonderful experience with Home Instead. The office staff were fantastic to work with—flexible when we needed to pause support during a hospital stay and ready with care as soon as my mom returned home. We had a very good experience with all of the staff provided. They were all welcome in our home. Everyone pitched in and helped with what ever needed to be done. It was a relief to know that responsible caregivers were watching over us and taking care of our needs.
