I live in London and work in Stratford and my car broke on my home. While sitting in the side of the road with my four way on a gentleman stopped to ask if I needed a tow truck. It was Matt from Elliott motors towing he got me a tow truck with in 15 mins. A friend recommended Eric's service centre. I called the shop after-hours to leave a message that my car was to be towed there. And the owner answered the phone and told me that Adam would call me first thing with a quote. I was extremely happy with the service I got. The technicians walked me through step by step explaining what work I needed, versus what I was told by another garage. I was quoted 4000$ by the first garage but Erics went through showing I only needed 1000$ in work. They even pointed out my tie rods were bone dry and lubed them right in front of me. Erics is a friendly, professional, and easy going atmosphere. They have an extremely friendly dog that is well trained.
