Ive never really had much luck building my own PC's, but always try. As usual, when I rebuilt my old PC after buying some new parts for it, it didnt boot up properly when I pushed the power button. I brought it here after I gave up and they had it back to me within the day. Absolutely reccomend this place, Dave knows his stuff!
Absolutely wonderful service.Timely diagnostic, realistic time frame for repair (had to wait on a part to come in and then do the fix), managed to have it done 2 days before expecting, and quote was bang on to final cost.Really appreciated the professionalism, the ability to fix the issue with my charging jack, and the honesty at each step. Staff was super friendly as well.
They fixed my computer – new HD, new video card. Recovered windows, and my data from badly damaged HD. They did not give up after the 1st unsuccessful HD imaging attempt. Most of all, I felt that they could be trusted with sensitive data on my HD – banking info, for example. Reasonably priced: components’ cost + 2 hours of labour @ $100/hour. Highly recommended.
