Second time requesting the service. Last time it was 2/3 years ago and we were glad that we kept his business card. David came and fixed the old toilet on the same day when I called. Great service!
Had a very good experience with Dave. Trusted and very knowledgeable. When i had a massive leak the house, Dave came assessed the situation and resolved in a matter of hours. My kitchen sink literally fell apart. I called a few other businesses first but wasn't happy with the customer service or prices. I was lucky enough to call Royal Flush Renovations, and Dave answered at 9pm. He was very kind and professional over the phone, had me send him a text message with photos of the leak, and gave me a quote. He was also available the next morning at 9:30 am. He called 1/2 hour before arriving and immediately started to work. The whole job was completed, the area was cleaned, and payment made within an hour. He even asked if there was anything else that needed to be done before he left. I would definitely use his services again and will refer him...read full review
