I got my hair cut by Jason and he completely botched it. I had thick hair and it was long! He used thinning scissors, thinned it out a lot and nothing is even. It looks like a bob with a few very thin random long strands. I cried my eyes out as soon as I got to the car. While he was cutting my hair he said it’s long in the back but it wasn’t and he dropped the dryer to the ground 2 times. He also threw the hair spray up in the air and it ended up hitting a glass jar and it shattered all over the floor beside me. I regret getting my hair cut here. Everyone who knows me asked what I did to my hair shocked. I’m very sad and disappointed. I tried calling a few times but they haven’t picked up my phone call.

Took my granddaughter there for her first hair cut..loved it..the cut was perfect, the place was clean and friendly and the price was AMAZING...we are going back as soon as we can book an appointment. Thank you for such an amazing job. You made her feel like the special little girl she is.

Absolutely great customer service and made my experience very satisfying. I would rate Erica’s job 10/10. Great ambience and people. Loved the product they used on my hair.

Stylist: Jason is fantastic at his job. He listens to your requests and gives you exactly what u want. Hair coloring is challenging, esp getting the exact blonde colour, yet he gets pretty close....he's has reasonable prices and always fits me in even on busy days, much appreciated.

Recently booked a hair appointment with Katherine, as I was staying in the area. She was very professional and did an amazing wash, cut and style on my hair. I took in a picture, as I was making a big change, and she cut it perfectly. Thank you so much Katherine, I am so happy with my new hairstyle. Salon was bright, clean and had a great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Good luck getting a person to answer the phone. How do you operate a business that way. I have called several times and nobody answers the phone. I leave a message explaining what I want and they may call you back. If I am at work they will leave me a voicemail saying returning your call. I will call them back and get the answering machine again. You are a business . Answer your phone.

I used to be an employee of Jason Morovac. (Apprentice stylist)He screwed me over so terribly. He is a con man who doesn’t car about anyone but himself.Let’s start when he told me he signed my apprenticeship papers multiple times and i got a call from the apprenticeship office saying that he didn’t. (I lost more than 1000 hours) the office told me I can show them paystubs to verify my hours. When I asked for them he couldn’t provide them to me because he was using an online calculator to do my deductions but never reporting them to the account.I would have to ask my employer (Jason) to pay me on time every 2 weeks or else it wouldn’t get done. The girls working there before I started explained to me that they actually had to put it on the schedule for him so he wouldn’t forget.Fast forward to after I quit, I had asked multiple times for him to get me my ROE and my pay stubs as well as my T4 because it is now tax month! Can you believe I haven’t received any of those papers but only a voicemail from him laughing in my face telling me to go talk to his accountant myself!!!And so with that being said I haven’t received anything to this day so now this con man will cost me penalties. I am so furious that this man can run his business like this. I have proof of everything written in this review. I just wanted to say I did so much for this salon and helped him out a ton and this is what I got back.But keep coming here, keep supporting this 2 faced child of a man. I could go on and on.
