Dr. Tahir Raza, was very friendly and professional. (My first visit) My dog was playing and hurt her leg, I was so happy that he responded immediately to her needs, he was very compassionate and made me feel at ease. I definitely recommend there services.

I am so happy that I bring my two dogs here. Yesterday I brought my dogs in for their yearly vaccines and they got them into them right away, without an appointment. I had found a mass on my shihpoo's leg over the weekend and it scared me, Dr. Raza scheduled her immediately in for a small surgery to remove it and also calmed my fear of it being cancerous. He took her in right away and she came home same day after about an hour and a half. Pricing is also very reasonable. Very kinda doctor, doesn't do anything your dog will feel uncomfortable about and checks your dog thoroughly, highly recommend.

Horrible animal clinic doctor and staff have no experience nor do they care for animals... 3 weeks of calling to try and get the animals vet records. Well they don't even have them on file ? How convient. Pretty sure this is a front for something veause they actually don't care for animals. PLEASE AVOID!!!!

At first, we wanted to give this vet a fair chance despite the negative reviews in the beginning our dog went there to get spayed and everything seem to go well later on as she grew up and recently, we have had more unpleasant and negative experiences.
The clinic is very dirty and not well kept.
In a visit where my dog needed multiple vaccinations, the vet seemed nervous around my dog and didn’t have much control. When they went to weigh her, they got the incorrect weight because my young son had been stepping on the scale as well trying to help keep her stay what are you doing? still. I told him the weight didn’t seem right and insisted that he weigh her again. Luckily, he listened because otherwise they would have given her the wrong dose for the flea and tick medication tablets. I had to help out keeping the dog still And a needle went flinging to the floor, which was scary. My dog never really seems to get scared but was breathing Differently and acting not herself because a muzzle was put on her to give vaccinations. She is a young lab. There was no assistant at the time to help.
I also have to say that I think it was Odd for the vet to push a heartworm test by using the exact words, “ I think you should get it because if you don’t, your dog could die.” That was an extra $70 I wasn’t ready for. And of course, in the moment. I decided to go for it as I felt a little pressured.
We have wanted to get a printout of our dogs medical history for pet insurance purposes as they are asking for it Will not give it to us. We have been several times, talked to the front desk staff, and called on multiple occasions. Emails have been sent and still we have been unsuccessful. We stopped by regularly to ask for these records, and the door is locked, even though the open sign saysThat they are open. When we call, they always say to come back later. We have been patient but at this point it’s getting very aggravating as those records are legally hours seeking assistance from the Ontario veterinarian College who shared the following:
Is a veterinarian required to provide a client with a copy of the medical record? Yes, a veterinarian is required to provide a copy of the requested components of the medical record to a client upon request. This includes a request for a copy of the complete medical record. The physical copy of the medical record is the property of the veterinary clinic but the information contained in the record belongs to the client and the client has the right to access the content of the record.
Even though Inconsistent front desk staff are fairly friendly. They have not been helpful at all. They always say they have to speak with the vet and don’t seem to know how to process certain requests like printing records. They always tend to be changing. it is never the same people there.
I should also mention that when I went to buy cat food there The vet did not know the price and had no one at the desk. He made up a price and asked me if it seemed OK? I paid it because we were desperate at the time he said somebody would reach out. The following day to confirm the price and make up for anything I, That was not done.
Needless to say, I have had more negative experiences with this Animal hospital then good so we will be taking our animals somewhere different moving forward.

THIS VET IS A SCAM!!!
He over charges, doesn’t examine the animals, and doesn’t know what he is doing!!!!!!!
His clinic is super dirty, unorganized and smells.
I went to examine my dog today but called before hand to get an estimate on his condition. Which then when we paid was DOUBLED.
He had charged us an examination fee but didn’t conduct one!!!!! $70 for no reason. Until I returned and made sure my dog was looked after.
He also didn’t ask any questions of why my dog was there, what his breed was, his age, any changes in diet or any information of the sort.
Your animals should not be going to a place like this!! For their sake.

I have taken my 2 dogs and cat here. I trust this vet with my pets. Very knowledgeable. There's no pressure on treatments or extras which is really nice. Prices are very reasonable, I can easily get appointments and have been able to get an emergency spot the same day. I 100% recommend this vet.

Brought my cat here because she was having eye issues. Doctor provides medicine and said check back a week later. After a week eye becomes worse and called the doctor and he said he will call me back with a referral for an eye doctor. Call him after a week of not hearing back , buddy is on vacation. Finally sees my cat after 2 weeks and recommends the eye gets taken out as it would infect the other eye and she would be fully blind. Went to another doctor for a second opinion because I don’t want a pirate cat. After explaining the situation the new doctor smiled and said it’s a simple fix and a common issue for cats her age. After a week of new medication her eye got better, it’s been 8 months and no issues for her eye again. Long story short, get second opinions. My cat is thankful
