Here is what Cino auto did, for an engine light on problem.
Initially, another Hamilton repair shop (big chain) quoted me at a $2400 repair bill for a random engine misfire, which should have involved a more thorough diagnostic on what cylinders were misfiring and a more step by step process to eliminate and diagnose. Instead, they recommended replacing all ignition coils and spark plugs (irradium) plus other services.
Cino Auto did a more thorough investigation and did repairs that they deemed were necessary at less than half the previously quoted cost. I then drove 600 kms to Montreal with no issues, had it certified by SAAQ.
Went to Cino Auto for the first time based on reviews and community feedback. I can tell you the reviews are spot on! Luigi and Sergio where easy to talk to (not trying upsell) and very friendly. Dropped my SUV off for brakes in the morning (9am) called me back within an hour or two with an estimate. Picked up my vehicle and everything was exactly what they told me over the phone no extra charges or trying to sell something else. A very pleasant experience it's very hard to find a good honest mechanic will be bringing both our back!
