My C charging port is not charging well, very poor connection. Staff were extremely friendly. They took a look at my phone and cleaned the port. No charge! And the charging port is working perfectly.I would highly recommend this location for any cell phone issues.Thanks again Noelle

Had an issue with my phone and dropped in. Keegan was the guy who stepped up and provided incredible customer service and fixed my phone. I left the store a very happy customer who is going to rave about the service I received for a while. Great work Keegan.

First off, Keegan is who you'd want to answer the phone. And, the person you'd want to help you. He was superb! He took time to explain and diagnose why my phone wasn't charging — all while being personable and pleasant. At the end of approx. 36 hours without my phone, I could have asked for no better experience and solution. My phone is back! And, if I ever need any kind of help to fix my phone? I live about 45 mins away but I'm coming straight here to Mobile Klinik, Stoney Creek. (I'm writing this before I leave the store because I absolutely did not want to forget to give this review.) Thank you, Keegan! As my teen niece would say, 10/10 would recommend. I will definitely be telling fam and friends.

Just okay. They performed a quick analysis on my iPad and said they couldn't fix it at that location but gave me a quote and pointed me to another location.I stopped at a different store and he was able to diagnose and repair it for 1/5th the cost. The original diagnosis was wrong. Had I done that work I would've spent much more and it wouldn't have solved the issue.

Had my battery replaced and had a few issues with my phone after. I brought it back in and they were very understanding and thorough. It was fixed and works like a new phone! Class act all around, I will be back

I had an excellent experience at this Mobile Klinik yesterday. The customer service was "above and beyond". The two young men worked through some trouble-shooting measures to address an issue I was having with my iPhone. Ultimately, they were able to fix the issue and saved me hundreds of dollars (I thought the screen needed to be replaced). They were so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I love interacting with honest people that have the customer’s best interests at heart. It doesn’t always end in a sale, but it can end as a referral, or in my situation, a good review!

I heard about Mobile Klinik Fiesta Mall location through a friend. Was having some problems with the microphone on my phone. I went to another provider and they recommended I scrap my phone without diagnosing what the problem was. I HIGHLY recommend sales associate Keegan who was a breath of fresh air. He explained thoroughly what may be the problem, gave me the price options. There was no intense sales tactics. He exhibited exceptional customer service and prompt service for a person his age. In the end, my phone was fixed and Mobile Klinik saved me the cost of purchasing a new phone. I will be taking my business to them in the future and recommend you do too!
