There is no doubt this location has been plagued by issues. HOWEVER there is a stylist that is hanging in. RALSTON is very personable, takes his time and consistently delivers a great cut and experience. Hopefully the owner reads this and does what needs to be done to keep this stylist! I highly recommend Ralston at the Mud Street location.

Unfortunately, my mother was not happy. This was supposed to be her birthday cut and set and to be honest it was a mess. Angela is a nice person, but needs to focus more on what the client wants and stop chatting. The cut is not even and my mother had to fix the set. Over an hour in the Shop. She will never return. Sad, because she liked Carla.

Not a good haircut. I asked the stylist not to touch the top on my sons hair, but she said she would take a bit off to blend it in... took way too much off before I could even say anything.There was more of a worry over the time the haircut would take from the stylist. Are the employees penalized/rewarded for cut times?All in all, I will not bring my son here again for a haircut. I'll go somewhere else where the people actually pay attention to requests made by the clients.
