Staff very unprofessional and very rude..Never go there. They just need money and never give you proper information. Will delay your appointment and in the end will say your one year period is over. Worst place.. Never recommend anybody to go there. They charge me money for year and gave me only 4 services.. Go and find some better place...

Bought a Groupon for a diamond tip microdermabrasion, extraction and facial. What I got was a dull microdermabrasion, face wash with "sea water" and a serum-like substance that left my face super shiny.Staff was rude, displayed animus toward me as soon as I entered. I arrived on time but was told I had to wait 20 minutes. The place is dated but passably clean.Avoid!

Should have read more reviews prior to purchasing my year of laser removal. The woman representing this business is awful.. I asked what I did to make her belittle me for my 15 minute session. Ended with her not answering me and walking down the hall to avoid me. I'm sorry to the owner that pays this person to "manage" the business. Invest in personnel that care about the client and LISTEN to what they want. My biggest concern at this point is not receiving proper treatments considering the woman told me before my SECOND session of a year, "you don't need to come back if you don't like it". Really hoping with the amount of negative reviews something will get done about...read full review
