I had my first visit with a dermatologist today and it was a great experience. I seen Dr De and she was incredibly patient and explanatory about all of the possible treatments for my skin problems. Seeing your GP is important! But if you have any concerns deeper getting to see a specialist makes a huge difference!
This is the gold standard that all other medical professions can only strive for. I had an hour and 15 minute drive for my appointment and I showed up 4 minutes early. They checked my medical information and then straight into a room for my 9:45. Within a couple of minutes Dr C. Neagoe entered and checked things out. She is very professional, friendly and shows a sense of humour too. Gave me all the information I needed and then did a small sample procedure. From parked car to office, to room, procedure and back to parked car could not have taken more than 20 minutes and I wasn't even rushed!! Keep up the great work. Thank you.
Dr. Neagoe is fantastic! She takes her time and explains exactly what she’s doing. She’s so kind and very gentle, my whole procedure was completely painless. Overall a really great experience!
