I couldn't be more happy with Bellecasa!! You need to look at their website. It does not lie. These men take their job serious and make sure things are done right and on time. I like that they are a local company, Stoney Creek, and not some huge outfit with numerous locations. Adds a personal touch. My basement wall was leaking and getting worse. I knew it would be a big job. I live in an old farm house and it needs work everywhere. They explained very clearly what they needed to do and answered my 100 questions with patience. We recently had Bellacasa Waterproofing at our home to deal with a leak in the basement. Nick was knowledgeable, friendly and walked us through the whole process before he began to work. He kept us updated as he worked and ensured that the least amount of wall was taken down while he investigated the issue. He was very professional, communicated throughout and was able to identify the problem quickly. I would highly recommend Bellacasa's services.
