“On a rainy New Years Eve, we had some water appear on our fireplace after a full day of rain. The next day we were put in touch with Ivan. Because we only had a couple of days before the freeze returned, we had to have service on short notice and Ivan came through. After a full days work he came, did a thorough inspection, sealed any suspect spots and did a quick survey of our metal roof, which is over 30 years old. Back on the ground he gave us a good explanation of what he found and did. Everything was done professionally and courteously. I would not hesitate to recommend Ivan and look forward to having him do some work for us in the spring.“

“The issue was a low-pitched roof which led to ice dams and damaged drywall ceilings. A large team showed up before 7 a.m. and completed the job by the end of the day (low pitch bungalow house). It was impressive to see them work and the skill was obvious. The results look great and I'll never have to shovel (or replace) the roof ever again. The slate look and ice breakers are a beautiful aesthetic. The ability of the roof to expand and contract with the seasons showed advanced product engineering to divert water, allow movement (chimney to roof) yet still beautifully protect. Environmentally, with no tear off, the project didn't add to the landfill. I would encourage people to read up on the product and process. We're very happy with the results and it looks great.“
