Took my car in for an oil change this week. A couple of days later, we had some concerns about the oil level and a burning smell (which may or may not have been related to said oil change, for the record). Their manager sent a service-person to our house to check it out, no questions asked. The service-person was helpful, respectful and assuring that our oil level was okay with no apparent leaks. All this is to say - amazing customer service, particularly in this day and age. Thanks so much.
