I haven't had a facial in an embarrassingly long time, and found myself at Charlotte K Co. today. I was warmly welcomed into the most beautiful home spa - seriously this place is gorgeous, with tons of candles, super comfortable bed/blankets, and clean as a whistle! After a quick skin analysis, we got started with a tailored facial. Kamla explained every step as we went, and gave great advice without being pushy or trying to upsell anything. Being the worst relaxer of ever, I'm not good at unwinding, so I'm very much a chatter. we had a nice talk while she worked away...
