Phil did a fantastic job with my new home inspection — very thorough and attentive to detail. He provided a clear and comprehensive report the same day, along with pictures and helpful guidance on how to contact Tarion and proceed with the identified deficiencies. The report even carried references to Tarion section numbers. They also called me to explain the report in detail.
