Phil and his team completed a home inspection for us on a house we are purchasing. He and his team were fantastic.
They were so thorough and happily allowed us to shadow him and ask questions not only about deficiencies of the house, but about how things in the house worked (showing us how to use the has fireplace for example).
His final report includes not only deficiencies (tagged as safety issues, maintenance items and includes the impact of not fixing them on the future), but also information on all the elements of the house (roofing system, HVAC etc).

The inspection was thorough and informative. I was appreciative of the information that was shared as the inspection was done since buying a resale home was not something I had done before (very different from buying a new home from a builder) & my questions were answered as they moved through the house.
