35.5 cel with a Heat warning. Go figure one of the AC units in the house won’t work. Unit has a Purdy’s sticker with contact numbers. I called first thing in the morning and received a prompt call back. Next available service was next day. Within minutes I was advised a service technician would try and check out our system that day between 2-4pm. To my surprise before noon the technician arrived and identified the issue being the thermostat. A new one was installed and our system is up and running. Customer service, 5 stars. Thank you

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Matt was terrific at diagnosing the problem, and very helpful with his explanations of possible issues. It turned out not to be serious and he fixed it quickly. Reasonable rates, friendly, efficient service.
