Excellent service! Technician was terrific doing a furnace inspection annd cleaning. Also setup a Ecobee thermostat along with room sensors to get a better handle on balancing room temps. Love it when trades respond and follow through the way Purdy’s team did. Thats solid customer service.

We had a heat pump installed by another company over the summer. Last weekend the house wasn't getting heat so called Purdy's emergency line on Saturday night. The gentleman who answered walked me through a number of questions to diagnose what was happening and ultimately had me reset the furnace which thankfully gave us heat for the evening. The next morning the issue happened again. I called back and about an hour later they had someone out and in short order she had diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue.
Everything back working as it should be.
Great service and a pleasure to deal with.

Purdy's removed a 16yr old 50 gallon natural gas hot water tank (rental) and replaced it with a brand new one the same size (John Wood Proline XE) within 24 hours. I own this one, no more rental. Fantastic service and quality workmanship, I would highly recommend their services!!
