I came to REPS in April desperate to lose weight without medication. I was accepted and treated wonderfully by everyone. The trainers have all been so great. Each one a little different and able to teach me so much about training and myself. I have so far lost over 40 lbs and have gained so much more. I have much better balance and stamina. I have more flexibility and energy to play with my grandkids!! I still have a long way to go but at 65 yrs of age I’m in better condition than I was at 30. Thanks Katerina and all of the trainers for giving me back so much!!
