    when I walk through the door of Reps Gym in February I was in a really unhealthy place both mentality and physically. but from the moment I was greeted by a kind and outgoing women at the front desk ,I felt a sense of hope and improve it wasn't easy ; there were plenty of roadblocks along the way but Kat and the other trainers made sure I stayed on track , keep close eye on me and encouraging me to show up at least three times a week .thanks to their support, nutritional advice and guidance, I lost a lot of weight and body fat in less than six months and I'm still going strong 💪 I Can't recommend Reps enough .in the past I waste time at other gyms without seeing results but at Reps I started seeing progress right away .I get the results I want and I'm beyond grateful

    have been with REPS for 6 weeks now, and it is so awesome. i am a complete beginner with working out and the trainers are motivating and kick my butt while being sensitive to my injury prone areas and encouraging me as I learn the movement and build strength. the bootcamp and lift classes are beginner friendly while still being tough for a seasoned athlete. Jane is amazing and the BEST trainer!
