As a Customer for over 5 years now this company deserves their “Flowers”. The front staffers, too all the tech support staffers have always been professional and great the few times, I have had to call in and get some troubleshooting guidance. I truly “appreciate each and every one of them I have had the pleasure communicating with, when needed . I do hope the owners & upper Management, reads this and knows all their Staff! are absolutely wonderful and have always helped Me over time!. I recommend “Vaxxine all the time to anyone looking for reliable and affordable Internet”, in the Niagara region.

I've been with Vaxxine for what feels like forever. Their customer service is fantastic, although they could do a better job of letting the public know what services they offer. Still, I wouldn't change to anyone else. Keep up the great service, Vaxxine!
