Terry was the technician that responded to our call for help with bed bugs.He was polite and professional during his time dealing with the issue.My only issue is with management who does not always communicate to the client reasonable expectations concerning the results of the spraying.Some individuals expect no further bed bug problems immediately after the spraying, not realizing it takes a little time and often a second spraying before the issue can be resolved.Keep up the good work Terry!Service: Bed bug extermination
