ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Save yourself time, money and energy and use another company. Brian and Terry are both extremely rude and arrogant human beings. The way two grown men treated me a 29 year old single mom was just disgusting. Terry on top of being rude is extremely creepy. Use at your riskService: Bed bug extermination

Awful , arrogant and very inconsiderate. Words can't explain how rude both Brian and his technician was. I complained about the first inspection as we thought we had bed bugs , the technician couldn't find anything though he looked as fast as he came in. About four days later I looked my self and found ants and an old trap with cockroach and babies. The ants were everywhere in the kids room which is where my wife and son was being attacked while putting our kids down for a nap or bedtime. Which is why we called to begin with. My 2nd time using this company. 1st time was years ago for an ant problem which was immediately taken care of (inside and out), and now just recently for an in house rat problem.
