I had a great experience yesterday at Sephora. I rarely ever shop in person but I had to go to the mall to return something. I walked by Sephora and realized I needed a new concealer and Tarte was on sale. I went into Sephora and asked if I could be shade matched for a Tarte concealer.
Carissa helped me right away. We went through two different shades, we decided on one and both agreed that it would work for me. She wasn’t pushy at all! Overall an extremely pleasant experience and I will definitely go back next time I need something. Thank you for the lovely customer service!
