Joined the RX gym about 8 weeks ago. Looking to get healthy again and fit. In a gruelling, but enjoyable 8 weeks time, Matt and his team have been able to put me on a completely new path mentally. A gym with a complete sense of community, where people go out of their way to encourage and lift up. I highly recommend this place to check out if you're looking to get fit and meet great people. Great gym vibe, fun and challenging workouts. Huge gym space with all the latest crossfit equipment. Matt, the owner is very welcoming and makes sure everyone feels safe to workout at their level. He will push more advanced crossfit athletes and make sure anyone new to the sport feels safe and that they have fun.

Matt is legit a top their coach. Guy is always on regardless of time of day, takes the time to offer a personal touch even in classes of 20 people and his high energy style is a ton of fun to be around. He will probably chirp how corny this is, but I’m becoming a big fan.
