PuroClean Restoration Niagara

Had a sewer back up in our finished basement. PuroClean came in and ripped out what was contaminated and set up the blowers and dehumidifiers. It was clearly explained what was being done and what would be done over the next few days, and then throughout the rebuild phase. Excellent communication during the whole process. Great work by everyone, from those who packed up everything to the Drywallers, painters and the carpet installers.

We had a flood in our basement due to a sewage backup, and Jake and the PuroClean team were incredible in helping us through such a stressful situation. They thoroughly explained the extent of the damage, proactively handled mitigation, provided detailed reports, and took the time to answer all our questions about repairs and insurance processes.
