Toyota Canada got involved and helped the service department solve the first problem we have ever had with our 10 YEAR OLD RAV4 hybrid. This is why we have bought a second Toyota. I recently picked up a used Toyota Sienna from Performance Toyota, and I can’t recommend them enough. My sales rep, Taylor Baird, was fantastic. Right from the start, he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand our specific situation rather than just trying to close a deal.
What I appreciated most was the communication—Taylor was super responsive over text and phone and was incredibly accommodating when we gave him a last-minute 30-minute heads-up that we were coming in to see the van. There was zero 'pushy salesman' vibe here.
