Our family doctor retired so now our new family physician is at the Niagara Health Centre. I have questions about the parking system. Can someone explain to me how it works and where does that 4,00$ we need to pay everytime go to? And you don't pay if you get a prescription??? What's that supposed to mean? I am really confused about the system they have in place. Can someone help me out!!!!

This is a multi-storey building containing several doctors, several labs, and a pharmacy. There is plenty of paid parking. You must use a smart phone to pay for parking. You don't have to download an app to pay, but you have the option of downloading an app. I really wonder about seniors who are going to a doctor or to the medical lab and don't have a smart phone. If you are picking up a prescription from the pharmacy, you don't have to pay for parking. There is no free WiFi. The building is wheelchair accessible. There is paid parking in the private parking lot. Review 2023-098
