I had a terrific experience at the Niagara Dermatology Clinic with Dr. Sloan and Neshanthi Sloan, the office manager. My family doctor in Keswick noticed something on my back and referred me to a dermatologist in Newmarket. However, the wait time was about 8-10 months. On a whim, I contacted some other clinics including Niagara. They responded immediately after I explained my situation and willingness to drive and take a cancellation. It wasn't long before I had an appointment. Neshanthi, the office staff and Dr. Sloan were inviting, personable and kind. They took care of me and resolved the issue - all within a month. Very pleasant staff and Dr. Sloan was great with my grandson. I took my 6 year old grandson for wart treatment and Dr. Sloan made him feel comfortable and we were in and out no issues. Great experience
I took my son to see Dr. Sloan due to warts on his toes. I was surprised at how fast we were able to get him an appoinment. The staff were very friendly. Even though we arrived early, they took us right in and didn't make us wait. Dr. Sloan made my 5 year old son feel at ease and made jokes to ease his worry. The procedure was quick and painless. Great experience overall! Would recommend Dr. Sloan to anyone with little ones.
