I have been coming to Ho now for a few month and I like the way he does my nails. I’m very simple and he doesn’t complicate things. Sometimes I get a very simple colour or sometimes a design such as today. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a nail tech.
Edit: I originally gave a single star for my review. I was not happy with the quality of work that was done on a set of acrylic nails. However, I am now giving this place a 5 star rating on:
- The expeditious response in which I was contacted to rectify the issue.
- The willingness to offer me my money back.
- The willingness to also redue my nails.
I am actually so glad I returned and gave the owner a chance to redue my nails. I am beyond happy with the quality of the work. My nails feel amazing. They look amazing. I had a wonderful time! Very accommodating! Booked a bio-gel manicure over the phone and the man I spoke to was very polite and helpful! I’ve been to this location before, they are always amazing! Very clean space. Friendly staff!! Tracy did my manicure and she did an incredible job, very thorough, great conversation and outstanding attention to detail. She made sure everything was perfect for me. I will most definitely be back to visit her again! Thank you Tracy!
