I got quoted a stupid amount to fix my muffler leak at another muffler joint. Popped in here to Midas for another quote and paid 1/10th the price for a gasket fix and they fixed it right away. Dawn and Ricky rocked it! Thanks so much! (And...this place is the cleanest mechanic shop in the city!)
Great service from Mike at this location! Their payment terminal was down at the time of my appointment but Mike was really understanding and considerate when trying to find a solution. Even when I first arrived and could hear him helping other clients in person and on the phone, he was super attentative to whoever he was helping and it was clear that he wants to provide the best help and service there is.
I have been going to this Midas for over a decade! Always the best service! Shout out to Dawn she’s always so nice and welcoming!!! Came in today in a rush and they fit be in just before closing with no issue or fuss! Always happy and knowledgeable and willing to help!
