Ali has set up a very calm and inviting environment, it was the most relaxed and least anxious I’ve felt in a salon and Ali was a light in my day. I walked in having zero idea what I was looking for other than needing a change with my hair, she asked all the right questions, paid attention, explained the steps she would be taking in ways I could understand and not be surprised by something and end up hating it, and gave the most wonderful scalp massage. I left feeling the happiest with my hair that I have in a long time, it was a big chop but my hair feels so soft and is healthy looking again with room for versatility on how I style it. I am so very thankful to have had the experience with her and look forward to going back to her in the future.“
