La Chioma Salon is a welcoming business where customers can expect a great experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring clients feel comfortable. They are highly skilled in various services such as cutting, coloring, and styling. Kendra is known for her beautiful color and exact placement of a full head of foils. Christina does a beautiful balayage. The salon has a super cute, comfortable atmosphere and a fun drink menu, including a great iced latte. Clients have been very pleased with their results, often recommending the salon to others.
It hurts my heart to write this but here’s my honest review. I ended up booking to refresh my blonde in Sept 2021. I’ve been going to the same salon my entire life and was excited to try out something new especially with “blonde specialists”. I will say after the appointment my hair colour turned out fabulous and the girls were so nice. The cons of this appointment was how many clients my hair stylist was juggling- to the point where I knew the bleach was left on my hair too long. I naturally have thick long locks and they were transformed into a fried mess. I’ve never left a hair appt wanting to shower and coat my hair in conditioner. Now being the length of time since the appt and my hair is finally healing. Thank you for the new experience but as a blonde- I will not be back.
Went there today and am thrilled with the outcome of my hair. I have gone to around 10 salons since I moved to Niagara 6 years ago and have been underwhelmed with my hair from all of them until today! Christina did a superb job on my hair and got it exactly how I wanted. I will be a return customer for sure ❤️
