Joel did a great job replacing our very old skylight. It had been leaking throughout the winter and needed replacing prior to the next one. Joel is very personable and answers any questions you may have. He gave us a lot of advice and suggestions, as this was a first for us. He is very detailed and conscientous. He kept us informed and provided step by step photos via text while he was working on the roof. Everything was cleaned up nicely once the job was completed. Nothing for us to pick up :).
