I am immensely grateful for this past month at Iron Performance Center. Recovering from an ACL injury as an athlete is challenging, but IPC has restored my confidence in my leg and body. The nature of any injury is extremely challenging, but IPC made this process significantly easier for me. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to train at the IPC! Every day I am pushed and encouraged to reach my full potential. Coaches Myles and Matrixx go above and beyond for each of their athletes and the environment they have created is phenomenal. Their knowledge is evident in their purposeful training plans and their success with athletes from all backgrounds. I would highly recommend checking out the IPC!

This review is long overdue. I want to thank Coach Matrixx and Coach Myles and staff for the unbelievable work they did with our 2022 Niagara College Women’s soccer team. They are experts at what they do. They brought our athletes to a higher level and were a big part in the success of our OCAA Bronze Medal team. The first medal in Niagara College soccer history.
