Michael, I called you as I was in real trouble with the rental company selected on my behalf by my insurance company. You asked to provide your company contact to my adjuster and I did. I got very quickly a nice car from you. You didn't have availability but you made the impossible possible to get a car for me. Thank you so much for your willingness to help. Amazing experience. Mike and Emily are both awesome to work with. Emily helped me walk through my reservation on-line which was painless, especially when I am not computer savvy. Mike, well I can't say enough kind words about him. Easy to talk too, got me exactly what I needed while my car was in for repairs. I wasn't sure if I needed a car for 3 or 4 days, no issue. Mike made it all easy. If you need a rental please please use their services. Also please make it easier on yourself and for Mike and Emily make your reservation on-line! Top notch service. Many thanks to you both.

Mike is terrific and helped a lot including a courtesy drop off to rainbow bridge. He was wonderful to chat with and was very crystal clear and explained the rental agreement properly. Even waited for me beyond his usual close time of 5pm
